Red-line categories (blocked)
The following categories are permanently blocked from the platform regardless of jurisdiction: weapons, ammunition, and weapon components; controlled substances (narcotics, psychotropics); CITES-listed endangered species and derivatives; counterfeit goods; human trafficking; CSAM.
Gray categories (double-confirm required)
The following categories require buyers to acknowledge additional risk before posting and sourcers to confirm compliance capability: alcohol and tobacco; pharmaceuticals and medical devices; financial instruments; gambling equipment; dual-use technology subject to export controls; wildlife and agriculture imports subject to quarantine.
Jurisdiction-specific restrictions
Certain categories may be restricted or require additional documentation depending on origin and destination jurisdiction. The category policy registry (updated by admins in real time) reflects current country-level risk levels and disclosure requirements. Check the registry before posting cross-border requests.
Export controls
Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable export control laws (US EAR/ITAR, EU Dual-Use Regulation, and equivalents). The platform does not provide export licensing advice.
Sanctions
The platform does not permit transactions involving sanctioned parties or sanctioned jurisdictions under applicable OFAC, EU, UN, or UK sanctions programmes. You are responsible for screening your counterparties.
KYC and AML
Sourcers applying for Plus, Pro, or Premium verification tiers undergo identity and business verification via third-party providers (Persona, Onfido, or 芝麻企业). We retain verification records for the period required by applicable law.
