We collect the email address you register with, your handle, verification evidence you submit, sourcing requests you post, quotes and messages you send, and usage telemetry (page views, clicks). We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by Stripe, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform (routing requests, displaying profiles, enabling messaging), to improve the service, to enforce platform rules, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 12 months after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Verification evidence is retained for the period required by applicable KYC regulations.
4. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Submit requests to privacy@sourcinghub.com. We respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies. You can disable analytics cookies in your account settings without affecting core functionality.
6. International transfers
SourcingHub operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We apply appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the platform at your own risk.
8. Changes
We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
