Sourcing requests
Requests must describe a real commercial need. You may not post redline-category items (see Compliance Notice for the current list). Gray-category items require double-confirmation at the form. You may not post duplicate or spam requests.
Sourcer conduct
Quotes must be genuine reference prices based on your real sourcing capability. You may not submit false quotes to gather buyer contact information. Verified sourcers must maintain accurate evidence on file and notify the platform of changes.
Messaging
Do not route payment to off-platform accounts in threads. The platform monitors for off-platform payment signals (wire references, QR codes, personal accounts). Violations result in suspension.
Community
Community posts must be truthful and relevant. Scam alerts must describe real, documented incidents. Upvote manipulation and sockpuppet accounts are prohibited. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
Verification evidence
Submitting false, expired, or doctored verification documents results in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend, downgrade, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Appeals can be submitted to rules@sourcinghub.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
