1. Nature of the service
SourcingHub is an information service and membership platform. We publish sourcing requests, sourcer profiles, category analytics, and community content. We do not broker, facilitate, guarantee, or adjudicate any commercial transaction between users.
2. No funds held
The platform does not hold, escrow, clear, or insure funds on behalf of any user. Payment and delivery are arranged entirely between you and your counterparty using your own tools and accounts.
3. Membership
Membership tiers grant access to platform features (additional requests, analytics, sourcer visibility, concierge services). They do not guarantee transactional outcomes, quotes, responses, or the solvency or compliance of any counterparty.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not post redline-category items, solicit off-platform payment routing in threads, misrepresent your identity or business, submit false verification evidence, or use the platform for money-laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular commercial purpose. Analytics are indicative and not a forecast or recommendation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourcingHub and its operators are not liable for any commercial loss, consequential damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SourcingHub is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
